Hilton Worldwide signs management agreement with Magnolia Finest Corporation Limited to introduce first Waldorf Astoria hotel in Southeast Asia. The 170-room Waldorf Astoria Bangkok marks the debut of Hilton Worldwide's luxury brand in Thailand.

Located in Khao Takiab, the 200-room property is the first ibis hotel in Hua Hin and the eighth ibis property in Thailand.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation signs management agreement for Park Hyatt Bangkok for Central Embassy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Central Group of Companies. The hotel is slated to open in 2014.
