CHI Hotels & Resorts Opens Its First Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

Malta based CHI Hotels & Resorts (CHI) opened its newly built 351-room ‘Tiran Hotel’, as part of the Corinthia Beach Resort Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt, today, 1st July. The property is owned by Mr. Abdulhafiz Ali Mansouri’s Cyrene Tourism Investment Corporation of Egypt.

A Grand Hyatt planned for Dalian

Goettsch Partners (GP) has been commissioned by Hong Kong-based developer China Resources Land Limited to design a new 1,075,300-square-foot tower in China’s northeastern coastal city of Dalian. The project features a 377-key Grand Hyatt hotel, 84 serviced apartments, three restaurants including a destination rooftop venue, multiple ballrooms and meeting facilities, a spa and fitness center, and parking for 225 cars.

Monastery resurrected as the Augustine Hotel Prague

Comprised of a complex jigsaw of old buildings, including a 13th century Augustinian monastery and a brewery, the designers have masterfully intertwined location, ecclesiastical inheritance and Czech design influences to perfectly express the Rocco Forte Collection’s mantra: The Art of Simple Luxury.
