Dusit International’s property, which features 100 villas and residences, is to open in February 2012. Located on Mudhdhoo Island in Baa Atoll, Dusit Thani Maldives is said to blend Maldivian architecture with Thai artistry.

The property is the first international 5-star hotel in Tangshan. It boasts 285 guest rooms, including Club Floor, Suites and Accessible Rooms.

The project has been commissioned by Bhumyamka Sekawan and marks the debut of Broadway Malyan in Indonesia. The firm will also provide the project's schematic masterplan, concept architecture, and branding.

Langham Hospitality Group partners Xiamen Huiguangyuan Langham Place Hotel Management Co Ltd. The 330-room property is opening in China in late 2012.

The hotel is the brand’s first property in Qatar and offers 336 guest rooms, including 70 suites, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a Remède Spa and 4,000 square metres of meeting space.

Among those upgraded are the 400 square-metre Victorian-style Grand Ballroom, new main entrance, and the chain restaurant Benihana and the Mukhtar Lebanese Restaurant.

Owned by Mohamed Ruqait Real Estate, the 309-key DoubleTree by Hilton Resort Marjan Island is expected to open early 2014.

The 270-room Crowne Plaza Semarang is owned by the Golden Flower Group, and will be managed by IHG.

Property in Jaipur was designed along the lines of a haveli or a traditional Indian mansion. ITC Rajputana joins the eight other hotels in the collection.
