Sina Pearson has introduced the Scandinavian Modern collection of upholstery fabrics for Fall 2011. An homage to her Swedish heritage, the series offers three complementary patterns in a total of 32 colorways.

The signature patterns are Villa, a visually textured tone-on-tone pattern in a fine scale weave; Cut Circles, which plays with randomly arranged half-moons developed by slicing paper dots; and Eureka, which is polyurethane with the look and feel of leather, offered in 19 solid hues synchronized with the yarn colors found in the two signature patterns.

Villa and Cut Circles are woven of bleach cleanable polyester and solution-dyed nylon, then finished with environmentally friendly Incase by Crypton. Incase is an advanced stain-, odor- and microbial resistant treatment. Eureka likewise incorporates the cleaning technology, so that most stains can be eliminated with dry erase cloth, or soap and water. The collection has scores exceeding 85,000 double rubs on the Wyzenbeek abrasion test for Cut Circles, and 100,000 for Eureka and Villa.
