Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong has started the second phase of its renovations, aiming to offer more spacious guestrooms, equipped with the latest technology; the largest executive lounge in the city; a signature lifestyle restaurant with alfresco dining area that overlooks the Victoria Harbour; a fully-equipped fitness centre; and a spa.

The first phase of its renovations started in 2008, with the refurbishment including the hotel's upper and lower lobby, all day dining Café Renaissance, and 260 guestrooms from 12th to 20th floors.

When the renovations finish, the Wanchai hotel's business and conference facilities will have a total of 1,200 square metres on the lower lobby, mezzanine and 8th floors. The facilities will include two function rooms, namely Oasis and Concord Rooms; and five boardrooms. With the upgrade program, Oasis and Concord Rooms will have the flexibility to be integrated into one ballroom to accommodate 600 people for a banquet setting.
