New Marriott Properties to Open in Abu Dhabi

Marriott International has announced that it has signed agreements with Real Estate Group LLC, a subsidiary of Bloom Properties to manage two properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Opening in 2014, the hotels are the 315-room Abu Dhabi Marriott Hotel and 64-unit Marriott Executive Apartments Abu Dhabi City Center.
They will be part of Bloom Central mixed-use development, including 16,200 square metres of office and residential space on Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum St. (Airport Road), one of Abu Dhabi's main access roads to the city's CBD.
"We are delighted to introduce our upscale Marriott and Marriott Executive Apartment brands in Abu Dhabi and by the continued expansion of our lodging brands portfolio in the United Arab Emirates," said Ed Fuller, president and managing director of international lodging for Marriott International. "The Middle East continues to be one of the most attractive tourism areas in the world and we are confident these two properties will be welcomed additions to the hospitality sector of the market."
The Abu Dhabi Marriott Hotel’s guest rooms will have Marriott's plush amenities, Internet access, safe and flat screen television. For dining and entertainment, the hotel will have a casual restaurant serving three meals daily, a specialty restaurant, a lounge that will flow into the open lobby area, and a roof-level pool-area diner.

Marriott is one of my favorite hotels. I am a business woman and I am traveling very often to Germany especially Hamburg. Usually I choose to stay at the Marriott hotel and I am very satisfied with their services. It is a very fancy hotel and it has a beautiful view. If I travel with my business partners and we stay there more than two weeks I prefer to pay for some Hamburg vacation rentals in order to save money.
