Introducing ASI Hardwood Flooring V
The latest engineered, prefinished hardwood collection from ASI Flooring offers an edited selection of species in a spectrum of light to dark and fumed colorations. Many of the species are FSC-certified (with the remainder pending), and they are all Lacey Act compliant, meeting the requirements for responsible manufacturing practices.
The collection also contributes to LEED credits for low-emitting finishes and no-added urea-formaldehyde in the composite wood.
In addition to the standard 3 1/2-inch and five-inch planks, product options include narrower planks to create a herringbone pattern in Oak, Maple, and Dark Walnut, while the Fumed planks are available in seven inches. This collection, with the simple elegance of natural wood, allows for limitless design possibilities.

Interesting gallery and interesting details as well. I am a big fan of hardwood but for the sake of the environment I'm willing to compromise and sacrifice. I recently finished a nice bamboo fencing project, apparently using bamboo is eco-friendly, you can actually grow it yourself if the climate allows it.
Hardwood Floors are rich in look but one disadvantage is extreme noise, when walking across it, makes hardwood floors a nuisance for those who want their home to be a safe haven, devoid of any noises. In case they still want to install it, the floor would have to be covered, say by an area rug, adding to the expenses.
Again hardwood flooring is a perfect solution for many uses. Combined with complimentary carpeting and you have a great recipe for long lasting, hard wearing floors.

Thanks for your cooperation with us. Also, This is really a great job and providing so much knowledge. The "basket weave" pattern is similar to "herringbone" because it makes use of blocks laid alternately in a vertical and horizontal way. Unlike "herringbone" is easy to install. Moreover, very little material is wasted.
